this practice group is awful. I've had issues with my name (they will on go with what's on the ins card, not what's in insurance file...my name is hyphenated and doesn't fit on the card); I've been told to come in when I called in pain, but the Dr was too busy to see me so I was told to make an appt for early the next week (interestingly, she was able to talk to the nurse, but not take the time to talk to me); when I tried to get in again I was sent to the walk-in clinic, who ran some tests, then told me I needed an ultrasound, that I'd rec'v a phone call early the next morning re: appt time, that they would fax the info to the main office so they could schedule something; and after 3 phone calls in the morning (since I'd heard nothing) I finally was told that I couldn't have the ultrasound if I'd eaten (why wasn't I told this the night before?)!! talk about a cluster >>>
So now, since I'm moving, I have to find a dr in Georgia who will have to order the ultrasound. good thing this wasn't a heart attack, just gallbadder pain
