The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Make sure you have at least 2-3 hours for your appointment. She takes forever!!!!!
No personality or bedside manner. Argumentative!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I left without even being seen

They were late a few times to my appointments. A Fasting Appointment should be made 1st thing in the am, and blood drawn immediately and I should not be left waiting while fasting, by the time I am seen it is 5 hours without coffee or breakfast, and blood is still not drawn - I have walked out in frustration. Fasting blood work needs to be done early in the am - not mid-day!
