I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They all seem to get along great. They are so friendly and helpful. It made me want to come back that much more. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. There have been power outages due to recent storms that have made some things out of their control. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I would like to inform anyone who reads this that Dr. Bernardez is a wonder! She is amazing! We happened upon her by chance after an insurance change. We signed up with Dr. Latonero's office and when we made our first appointment were asked if we would venture to see the new pediatrician. I said a 'hesitant' yes. And were we ever lucky and pleased! My son who had issues at the time with working with new situations and new people (specifically doctors/specialists)seemed on a slightly more comfortable level with her. When he went into his normal response/tantrum to discourage her from coming near him, she patiently (and I honestly mean patiently) stepped back and let me handle him. It took twenty minutes during which she did not dismiss us, she did not seem impatient, and most certainly did not make us feel like we were wasting time (this HAS happened). The end result, she demonstrated to my son she was worthy of his trust. Each following visit became easier and easier to where my children now speak fondly of her as if she is a valued family member. She has ALWAYS listened to our concerns as parents and works with each one until we are comfortable with the responses. I welcome her to our community; and suggest anyone looking for a doctor they want a trusting relationship with between themselves and the child seek her out. Thank you, Dr. Bernardez!
