They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the staff. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. Whenever my kids get sick, I can get an appointment to see the doctor that day. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I can ask as many questions as I want - and I ask lots of questions.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
