Dr. Hubeishy is intelligent, compassionate, patient and talented at diagnosing and remediating psychiatric conditions. In fact, I have seen 3 doctors before him and he is the only one who prescribed the right meds for me. I feel calm, stable and content and it is because he listened, cared and customized my treatment. I see him every 3-4 months and his office staff is always professional. I am always treated courteously by both the doctor and staff. This practice is the right one for me.

Like some of the other reviewers, I feel that the staff is very rude and dismissive. In addition, I think that the practice is more focused on the money than about providing a service to those in need. In fact, I had an appointment reduced from 45 minutes to 30 minutes based upon a "booking error", yet was still expected to pay the same fee. No accommodation was ever made to rectify this situation. Upon attempting to schedule an appointment 13 months later, I was told that since I hadn't been seen in the last 12 months, I was considered a "new patient" and the doctor was not accepting new patients. When I asked the doctor and the office manager to call me to discuss, no return call was received. My feeling is thus not very favorable and I would urge those looking to receive professional and compassionate service to look elsewhere..

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Every time I'm there, I have to re-explain to them my circumstances. It makes me feel like they don't really care about me or listen to me. I do a lot of my own research in medical journals, but they often were clueless on this information. In my non-expert opinion I think they got most of their information from pharmaceutical reps. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The office staff is the rudest, most obnoxious I have ever encountered in my life. I wouldn't have suggested Osama Bin Laden to seek treatment at this office.
