Hi Dr Kubik was nice and explains the procedure being done in detail and addressed your concerns.. How ever I believe the secretary Kim in New City office is not at all nice or has patience to listen. She doesn't take the time to listen or even like answering your questions. She talk with an attitude and if you ask a question regarding anything she doesn't like it you can tell from the tone. I like the doctor (Kubik) and would recommend him but not his secretary KIM who usually schedules the surgeries.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
