We love Dr Cooley and the Staff. Great People.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
