I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. ld be able to help me, and she clearly stated that I would not find a doctor in Albany who could help me. Moreover, as I came to this appointment because I was in great pain, I asked ahead of time if I might be allowed to lie down if a room was free and the wait time would be long. A kind nurse showed me to a room and shortly after I was told that I would have to leave the room and go the the Er if I was in that much pain. I stood for an hour. If I had know how unkind and unprofessional they were I never would have gone.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
I have had all my kids delivered by all three Doctors. The staff is wonderful as well.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

They tend to push c-sections, and if that is one thing you wish to avoid, I would not go to them to deliver your child.
