This is a very busy office because the physicians are so good, caring and open to discussion. I always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame if I need to be seen I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best. Dr. Baratz always takes the time to listen to me and helps guide me in making informed choices for my medical care. I trust him and consider him a friend.

I had to wait quite awhile. I was very disappointed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
