Bar none this was the worst doctor's office I've ever visited. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I was in the waiting room for two hours after my scheduled appointment! And I was not alone. Many, MANY people approached the clueless girls at the front desk asking why they hadn't yet been seen. When I was finally shown to my room I waited there for another 30 minutes before Dr. De Jordy came in. He didn't listen to anything I had to say, blowing off my request to have an elective procedure performed on my own dime. While speaking at auctioneer speeds into his tape recorder he completely botched my symptoms and waved me off when I interrupted to correct him.

In all, I was at the office for about two hours and 45 minutes, five of which were spent with the Doctor, and four of those minutes were spent talking about handguns. I told them when I left that I would never, EVER return, but they still called me several times in an attempt to get me to come in for a follow up. They finally sent me a certified letter saying that if I didn't come in for a follow up they would never treat me again! Unbelievable!

Seems like a nice enough guy to have a beer with, but I'll never seek his services again. Ever.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
