The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I have been a patient of Dr Moore for two years and have had continual issues with my medications either being NOT filled or called into the wrong pharmacy and not getting them to correct the issue. Several times I went several days without a re-fill of critical blood pressure medication because the sent the percription to the wrong location and Dr. Moore was away. I enjoy and trust Dr. Moore. Very few doctors today spend the time to get to know and truely understand your family history, personal lifestyle to aide in treatment. I recommend Dr. Moore with the exception his staff are flacky.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence.
