They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was easy enough to find. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I did have concerns about the ability of his staff as I almost cancelled my procedure due to their care or lack of. The staff is the people who I mainly had contacts with and would love to have met the doctor prior to my procedure and not the minute before.
