I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
