They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Arnold is like a medical detective, he is relentless and will not stop until he finds out what is wrong with his patients. He has a small black notebook where he writes everything and he really listens to you and spends an enormous amount of time with you. The waiting period to see him is long but that's because he is great.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
