Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
