Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I have been a patient of Dr. Accetta's for since around 1990. He has done a great job in the treatment of the many skin related conditions I have; especially the skin cancer. You could not find a better Dr. or a practice with a better staff of professionals than you find here. Over the years his practice has grown larger, but that never changed the quality of patient treatment that I have received. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Accetta to anyone looking for the best Dermatologist in the Western NY area.

I have had appointments with both Dr Accetta and Susan Peterson over the years while dealing with my skin problems. They both are very easy to talk to they listen to my concerns and clearly explain how best to treat my issues. The office staff has always been very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have been a patient of the practice for over 5 years and have recommended Dr. Accetta to several of my family and friends.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. LPN Kelly was confident and understanding in addition to having a great personality. She took the time to fully explain the information in the pamphlets I was given and encouraged me to ask/call with any questions about my experience. This was a 10 out of 10 visit and I am great full for the referral to OP Dermatology from a friend. Thank you so much!!

Susan Peterson was the best! She handled all of my moles and skin blemishes quickly and with little pain. She is very personable and the only negative I can think of is the fact that she's a Red Sox fan. I am sending my wife to them for a look at some of her skin problems. I highly recommend them, they are all great.

I give the highest praise to Dr. Accetta. He discovered a large cancerous lesion on my mother's back. It had been missed by at least three other dermatologists, including a team of specialists in targeted radiation. I had been taking my mother to this team for months. It involved long distance travel, hazardous at times and took hours out of the day-all to no avail. I switched her to Dr. Accetta and he spotted the cancer immediately and treated her with such expertise and kindness. And the treatment was 100% effective! It was a great comfort to me and my Dad. The staff was wonderful too-especially Dawn, one of the nurses. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
