I have been a patient at this practice for well over ten years. I had to have emergency life threatening surgery as well as my father passing away and being rear ended. Due to the above events I sank into deep depression and unfortunately had to see Dr. W. Henderson. His daughter, who runs the office, has called patients "deadbeats" and because everyone kisses up to her because she is "daddy's girl" shows a marked lack of character and good ethical principles. I used to think that this was a good practice until I found out that they couldn't deal with what I was going through and told I was difficult from day one because I question them and their practices. Now, after careful consideration and telling Dr. Henderson he wasn't a good fit for me I need to find another practice. If you have simple problems such as colds and the like you'll be fine here, but know that the daughter is very superficial and could potentially talk about you should you not meet the "meek" mold that they want. I don't reccomend this office for serious issues. Additionally if you have dog allergies you will find this a problem as they all have pets roaming around and I almost tripped on one. Becuase of these issues I will seek to spend my insurance dollors on a practice that is more professional and ethical.

I was a patient of Dr Henderson for many years. The office personnel used to be friendly and corteous, then things started to change -- many good people and PAs left, now the front desk has a few grumpy old ladies who don't give two sh*ts about you or your problems. It's too bad when those people reflect on a practitioner himself, as he's a good guy, but I'm definitely changing my doctor after the last two visits.
