Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Friedberg had saved the sight in my left eye in 2005. This wonderful doctor saved my right eye during this recent series of visits, as the retina had started to tear.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
