I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

These docs are great. They are very knowledgeable. Their full attention is always on my child. They return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, he/she looked very professional

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child?
Yes, and my child loves them!
