Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never had to worry about them canceling my appointment. They've always been very reliable. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
