They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
