Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
