you have to wait ar least 3 hours in the waiting room before you get to see the doctor. They overbook and your 6:00 pm appt becomes a 9:00pm appt. No explanation was given or no apology.

Dr. Sampson is a wonderful Dr who takes time to listen to your concerns and fully reviews your medical history. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
