I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was told they would get all the test results then they would setup an appointment. Appointment was setup but no test results were in. After much of follow up I was asked to find a new doctor by Ugene (office assistant).

I have been a patient for the past 3 years. At first I dealt with the long wait to see her because she was supposed to be a great doctor and she used to tend to my health. I would try to make the first appointment and be the first one so I didn't have to wait the hour plus time to see her. But then her office hours changed and no matter what I am stuck waiting over at least an hour to see her. She no longer listens to me and I feel as though my time is rushed. Her office staff is friendly, but I have have many times been billed for appointments where they never put the claim through my insurance having to call them repeatedly. I had a life insurance form to fill out, and she has charged me $35 dollars for it and told me under her breath that its usually $55. I have had many forms filled out by doctors over the years, none of which have charged me. I feel as though she has become very money hungry and not caring about the health of her patients. I am now looking for a new doctor. Three years ago things were different, but any new patients, do not waist your time.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Every appointment I made I waited two or more hours after to be seen and they did nothing. I was I severe pain and the Dr.didnt even care and had sent be to the wrong specialist to treat me. Also the staff doesn't answer calls or return them, they take a weekly write a referral and are never pleasant. On too of that the office is filthy, they even have a fridge in the room your seen in that the staff stores there good in and they have no problem invading your privacy to feed while u r in there.... This place should not be called.a DOCTORs office
