Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Susan and Ellen need to work on their customer service skills because they are rude and abrasive. The office staff is very rude and not empathic towards patients or callers. I would call Dr. Berger at 973-301-0532 to complain but they won't let you talk to him.
