Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Ilivicky's "bedside" manner is impeccable. He will do everything he can to help you. Even if that means referring you outside of his office.
