I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.
