I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this ENT Otolaryngologist recommend surgery too quickly?
No

I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. They did not suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me, in fact, I was given some items that I would have had to purchase. Unfortunately, some of the staff were unfriendly, but Dr. Laurenzo was very nice.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. HE WAS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR. AND HE HELPED ME A WHOLE LOT..
