Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
