I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.

I have a lot of dental work to be done and have been to a couple of dentist in the last year so I can honestly say that John Park will not give me the run around nor lead me to do more extensive work if not necessary. The last dentist I went to wanted to crown almost all of my teeth, I was concerned because that is quite expensive. Park filled the teeth that could be filled and explained to me what options I had for the remaining teeth. I would recommend him to anyone for his professionalism and honesty. It is hard to find a professional who will be honest about what work you need to have done versus how much money they can make on bigger procedures.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I came to Dr. Park to get my teeth cleaned and I had a very positive experience. The hygienist was really nice and efficient. The whole procedure was quick and painless and at a reasonable price. Very happy with Dr. Park!

The staff was very professional and friendly. The office was clean and modern and the Dr himself was very gentle and upbeat. All in all a fantastic office!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
