All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy.

I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
