I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.
