They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I had a cleaning that went well, then was pressured to have another "more intense" cleaning. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I had x-rays and subsequent fillings that went well. I had a root canal which didn't go so well. Was left unattended for over 20 minutes (found out later this was due to an office b-day party for one of the staff!) By the time they started the root canal, the pain/numbing stuff had worn off and had to be done again! Temp crown came off several times during the weeks I was waiting for the perm one to be put on. In all fairness, I had many appts there with only one bad one, so I would recommend them.
