They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I love the secratery cathy shes awesome.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
