I will absolutely return. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. The office was easy enough to find. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I only go here becouse my insurance tells me to
