Not sure if any of the other posters have even visited this dental clinic before. Hot water??? They don't use heated water AT ALL!!. I have been a client of theirs for years now and have had nothing but the best of service, from the receptionist, through the ranks to the Dentist. Professional, reliable, even after hours emergency service not only for my self and family but even community service such as school sports emergencies! I cannot imagine any other dental clinic giving the kind of service we enjoy here on the South Beach! Our children have no problems going there, they actually ENJOY seeing Dr. Pegg and his staff. I wish I had an office like this when I was growing up!

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was way too hot. It burned my mouth.
