Horrible emergency service. Ignored calls two days in a row, had to transfer care to get help for a child. They are always rushed, and have egos. Hygienists are good however. Glad I switched to more competent care for my whole family.

I was very upset my last visit. I saw Dr. Hurshberg. I'm going to call him Dr. Hamburger because I cannot pronounce his name at all. He was a world class JERK to me. He was condescending, and rude and judgemental. I pay you to fix my teeth. Not be a a-hole. I am scheduled to go back and see Tyler for a follow up and I hope he is more compassionate than his partner. I will NOT be going there again!! My advice is to stay away from Dr. Hamburger. Other than that, the staff is pleasant. Although they sent me a letter in the mail saying I do not owe them anything but then they tell me as I am leaving I owe them money due by the end of their business day. All in all, Not happy!!!! The hygenist I had was sweet as pie though. See Kate if need be. She made my experience not a complete train wreck.
