I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
