I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I can usually get an appointment when I need one; I've not encountered a rescheduling situation initiated by the office yet. I've been fairly satisfied with my visits. They were helpful. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional, no matter which Dentist in the practice I was seeing (I've been seen by 3 of the members of the practice thus far.)

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
