Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

Please avoid seeing Dr. Pate if at all possible. He is a professional dental scam artist. He told me I had a cavity after my first cleaning with the practice. I scheduled the appointment and went back about a month later to receive the filling. Dr. Pate drilled my tooth and put a sealant over the tooth instead of a filling, and then billed both me and my insurance for a filling. This is insurance fraud! Not only did I pay for something I didn't receive, I can no longer chew on the tooth. When I went back to have Dr. Pate look at the tooth he was not interested in fixing it at all and told me to take Advil for pain when it hurt. I told him that taking Advil every time I ate wasn't a valid solution, but like I said he wasn't interested. There are plenty of other dentists in the area, please find one other than Dr. Pate.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
