They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Dr. Hamilton is wonderful. He is patient in answering all questions and he does a thorough job. He was great with my kids too. The dental assistants and staff are all very helpful as well. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Hamilton. I have been to other dentist offices where they make a huge expensive list of things they want you to get done and sometimes I felt like they were adding as much to the list as possible and they were pressuring me to get the work done. I didn't feel any pressure with Dr. Hamilton. I felt like they were honest and not adding any extra unnecessary treatments-only what I really needed. I would definitely highly recommend this dentist!

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
