Dr. Smart has been my dentist for two years, in that time there hasn't been any turn over of staff and all of them are very helpful, competent and professional while still being personable. Right when I walk in the door I'm greeted and checked in, the office is always very clean and comfortable. Once I'm seated in the chair it's as if I'm the only person in the office, the hygienist and/or dental assistant as well as the dentist are there for me. Everyone in the office is more than happy to answer any questions or address any concerns I have. Before I leave I'm given my statement which is already updated with what my portion of the bill is after insurance, because the office staff has already checked my benefits. If I ever have to come in for a follow-up, I know ahead of time what I will owe for that that visit before I schedule the visit. I also love the new text/email reminder that they have set up to remind me of my appointments. Over all I have had as good of an experience one can have at the dentist.

The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
