I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

I had a great experience. Dr Jackson was able to do quite a lot of work quickly and effeciently. He didn't cut corners and made sure I was painfree even after the appointment. I have never had so much work done with absolutely no sensitivity afterward.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

I had an accident and broke 2 teeth. They helped put me back together and now my smile looks great. I love how attentive they are here. They went the extra mile to help restore my smile. The staff was very knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone!
