One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I had a terrible toothache and they were very compassionate and got me in as quickly as possible,

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting very long and he's VERY good about fixing anything as quickly as posible.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
