Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
Worst dental office I have ever come across. First, they charge way too much for their services. Second, they did not let me know beforehand that parents are not allowed in the examination and treatment room. Third, they administered nitrous oxide to my daughter before treatment without notifying me and she got nauseous from it because she has never needed it before. Fourth, they completely screwed up when billing my insurance and I had to end up paying it out of pocket, AFTER they added on another $30 in late fees.
I strongly suggest you stay away from this dental office.
Dr. Brown does not allow the parents to go back with the child when he is examiling them. Why not? What is he doing with the children that he doesn't wantthe parents to know???? Does he really think that any parent that truley cares for their child would allow them to go into a room with a man they have never met and do whatever he pleases? Is that why he is a pediatric dentist? So his victims can't speak??? What is he really hiding behind those doors?? Of course nothing happened (because I did not allow my child to go behind those doors with him) and there have not been any accusations that I know of but I am not willing to find out...
