I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Care was great.....front office wasn't. Especially the billing dept. I was ripped off. Billed for something I was told by the dentist that I wouldn't be charge for. They lost 6 patients over $300.00

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
