They barely gave me any information at all. When I first sit down in the chair in the procedure room, I told the dentist assistant that I was a little apprehensive about the filling. I have had only one filling in the past. The dentist assistant put a swab in my mouth and did informed me that it was for numbing. After a while, the Dr. Nason or Nelson came in spoke and started to inject my gum. Without telling me it was injection, he said, " the tooth in the back is going to hurt because of the location". When i look at the corner of my eyes, i saw the big needle gun. I panic a little. To my surprise, the doctor said," if you do that again i will ask you to leave because you". OMG! I got so upset and surprised to hear that coming from a healthcare professional. There was no sympathy from him. Being a healthcare professional myself, i didn't let him get away with his POOR BEDSIDE manner and RUDE behavior. He had to check himself talking to him. His assistant tried to be nice and smooth things over. This place is so close to my house that while I went there. He is a very very rude doctor who is fortunate to be where he is now because of his color. No patient care in his agenda. He is a young and unfortunately a very very rude doctor who will end being in that location because he is a white man. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very thorough and I always leave knowing they have done an excellent work considering my teeth and gums are less than perfect!
