I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
