They did very well at informing me that I needed a deep cleaning. Ok, I get it. However, my insurance only pays for a portion, thus, I needed time to save and plan for the elected expense. In the mean time.... I wanted my teeth cleaned as part if my regular dental maintenance. NOPE, I was told AND I QUOTE... Cleaning your teeth would be like putting a cast on your arm when your leg is broken.... Huh??? Even the analogy was bad. I will get my deep cleaning later in the year when I can afford it, but Alsbury Dental WILL NOT be performing it. By the way, I'm 43 and have great teeth so a routine surface cleaning was certainly justified. Boooooo!!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I returned for dentist to complete root canal but he had 1. after the first visit of a temp filling I ended up in ER due to nausea and anxiety which may have been the cause of either anesthesia or gas.2. on my 2nd Dr documented wrong tooth number down 3. Dr was more concerned about finishing the job so he won't be sued, instead of me being able to afford procedure. 3.Dr was going to perform same procedure done at visit one and when i told him he had already done and said that he admitted he see's too many patients and was his mistake.
That was my sign to get up and leave. I'm in the healthcare field and would never practice this way, medical nor dental. This doctor should seriously learn from the Josie King story at John Hopkins

Had a tooth pulled there, got a serious infection, had to go back for 2 1/2 hours of pain while they tried to clean up their mess. 2 Days later I was in emergency room with 102 temp due to infection spreading. Called and asked for refund for having tooth pulled, they said no, the infections were not uncommon when having a tooth pulled. If that is in fact true, why would they not prescribe antibotics when pulling teeth? Lousy place

Worst dental experience of my life. They pulled a tooth, got an infection, spent 2 1/2 very painful hours while they dug around in the wound. They gave me a prescription for antibotics, the infection continued, had to go to emergency room with 102 temp. They wil not refun my what I paid to have tooth pulled. They say its not uncommon for infections like that. Why would they not give antibotics when the tooth is pulled if its not uncommon. Horrid!
