Pros: The dentist I see is quite good and very friendly. Xray techs are also pleasant.

Cons: They are usually running late so expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment is scheduled to begin. Waiting room is usually crowded and noisy. Desk staff are rude. You have to go in twice to get your teeth cleaned: the first time they just do x-rays and the dentist looks in your mouth (2 minutes with dentist) then you come back for the actual cleaning a few weeks later. It usually takes months to get an appointment. Also, if you have an emergency, you can only get an appointment on certain days of the week in the very early morning and you have to pay an extra $50 out of pocket for it.

First off, I arrived on time and had to wait an hour and half to see the doctor and get my filling. After I was finally called, he took my x-rays and told me it was shallow and all he had to do was shave off the top of the tooth. He then gave me a shot to numb the gum and almost immediately tried to start drilling. Before he started I told him it wasn't numb yet. When I said this he started yelling at me for telling him how to do his job, threw down his drill, turned off the lights, and stormed out of the room. The nurse came in after he left and said that he does this all the time and it shouldn't be a big deal. So he came back after he had blown off some steam and my gum still wasn't numb. So he gave me another shot in the same spot and began drilling. Even though i could still feel it I tried to bear the pain so he wouldn't be mad, but after a while the drill made me flinch. When he saw this he started yelling again at how he didn't have to do this for me, as if he was doing a favor. So he gave me another two shots in the same spot. He was furious at this point and started slopping through his job and was as rough as possible. Once he continued he realized how deep the hole was and told me I needed a root canal; this should have been known since he took x-rays. When he finally filled the tooth, he pessimistically told me how it was sure to get an infection and wrote me a prescription. Need less to say, I will never let any of my family or friends go there again. The service I received was awful and the nurse even said this happens regularly. Why would anyone ever go here? Save yourself the time and pain and avoid this place.
